Dave Sven Leder brings over two decades of invaluable community experience to his role as Secretary at the AFCLG. With 20 years in the leather community, Dave has cultivated a deep understanding of its dynamics, traditions, and the importance of fostering inclusivity and family.
Not only does he excel in his professional endeavors, serving as a director for his company, but he also demonstrates a strong commitment to diversity and equality. In his capacity as the chair of the Equality Alliance employee resource group, Dave passionately advocates for the LGBTQ+ community, striving to create a workplace that is both supportive and affirming.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dave is an eager outdoorsman, finding solace and joy in nature.
Whether he's conquering challenging hiking trails, navigating off-road terrains, or unwinding in the serenity of a campsite, Dave's love for the outdoors is palpable. An avid traveler, he seeks inspiration from various cultures, broadening his perspectives and enriching his personal and professional life.
